Health & Safety is our primary consideration. We exceed all obligations of the Health & Safety Act 1992. We meet Secondary Level requirements for ACC workplace Safety Management Practices. Supervisors and foremen have current SiteSafe Supervisor Gold Card and First Aid certificates. Construction staff have SiteSafe cards and temporary traffic control training. Regular tool box and full staff H&S meetings are held to minimise hazards.

Quality control and quality assurance conforms to Transit’s TQS 2 Quality Assurance System. Arrow achieves excellent quality, and documents quality checks to verify to clients that continual QA/QC has occurred.

Communications with stakeholders is excellent using fax, phone and e-mail. Foremen, drivers and plant operators have mobile phones.
